This is a generously sized centerpiece bowl from the 1960s designed to complement the candleholders of the period. The design is a thoroughly mid-century take on a classic footed bowl. This can be dated to the late 1960s by the signature of Mrs. Carsten, who finished and signed almost everything during that decade. These are exceptionally rare and this one is in perfect, as-made condition with thick Seagull Blue glaze. 7.5” wide, 6.5” height (though it looks bigger).
