Our Large Oval Salad Bowl was sometimes made with sgraffito decoration in the 1980s. This style of decoration, a centered floral design, was the work of long-time Peter Pots potter and RISD graduate Janet Pinsonneault, and dates to the early 1980s. It was signed by the person who did the finishing and final shaping. It is finished in deep and flowing Seagull Blue glaze and is in gleaming, near-mint condition. About 11” diameter and 4” height.
