These pitchers were made as a promotional item for Gladding’s Department Store in Providence in the early 1960s. Their bunch of grapes logo is the oldest in the United States, dating to 1766. This pitcher in Mahogany Brown glaze is a fine and delicate example with well-defined grapes and in perfect condition. 3 1/2” height.
