The Giraffe Ashtray made it first appearance in 1957 and was made into the early 1960s. It is certainly our most endearing ashtray design. The giraffe was scribed into the mold, but whatever the giraffe was nibbling was scribed in freehand after glazing. This one is in Mahogany Brown and it is perfect. A period piece of mid-century modern. 7 1/2 x 5 1/2”w x 1” deep.
