The Coffee Carafe was the flagship of the Peter Pots line for fifty years after it first appeared in the 1955 catalog. It is a striking mid-century design standing nearly a foot tall. Most of the early ones were in brown glaze, so a perfect example in Seagull Blue is a rare find. This bears the signature of Mrs. Carsten, who signed in the 1960s, and by the color of the clay body dates to the early part of the decade. No chips or scratches, original cork stopper, 11.5” height.
